Testimonials
Highly recommend Salmon Bay PT and Hayley! I have had multiple different issues over the years and been through 5+ rounds of PT, and working with Hayley has been a wonderful experience. I tore my ACL last year, and Hayley really went above and beyond to help me recover. She did tons of external research, was always prepared and had tons of great info and exercises for me, and is generally so friendly and fun to work with! All of the PTs and staff are friendly and kind. Also, the facilities at Salmon Bay are by far the nicest that I've ever been to. Parking can be a little tight, but there's tons of street parking around the corner if the lot is full. Overall highly recommend for a wonderful Ballard PT and PT clinic!

Hayley was amazing! I worked with her for 8 months and she’s the only reason I’m able to play soccer and snowboard again. She was not only deeply invested in my recovery, but her personal style made me feel cared for and listened to. I recommend all my friends to Hayley at Salmon Bay.

I have worked with Hayley Stiers for the last year and she is fantastic! It’s easy to get discouraged when there is a long recovery and she is always upbeat and positive. She’s a true partner in treatment and works with me to craft the session each week to what will be most helpful. I wish all my health care providers listened to me as well as she does and were as invested in my outcomes!
