Testimonials

Ishi was my therapist for a fractured right ankle. She provided excellent manual therapy to gain back my range of motion and we worked on regaining my muscular balance between my right and left legs. With a lot of hard work (it's up to you to do the exercises at home!), I have recovered from this injury and am back to participating fully in the sports I enjoyed previously.

I came here for help recovering from a hand injury after my PCP was just like "eh go easy on it and take lots of ibuprofin". It has been extremely worth it. Ishi is amazing. Great at explaining what's going on in the tissues of the injured area, great at explaining what we're doing and why, plus she has "the touch" for massaging out knots.

I first met Ishwari Upasani with a stiff, painful knee after injury and surgery which affected my gait and ability to climb/descend stairs. She asked me what my goals for rehab were - ability to leap over small buildings...okay, how about pre-injury normal? Over the weeks, she constructed a well paced program of stretches and exercises, progressively increasing the challenge and adjusting for variety. The lasting benefit has been a program I can continue at home despite the pandemic restrictions and I am happily back to daily walks, gardening, hiking, etc.! Ishwari has an excellent fund of knowledge, great professionalism, effortless kindness and a wonderful sense of humor. I was lucky to have her as my PT and recommend her without reservation to future patients.
