Testimonials
I love this place. I got to work with Lindsay Pickering who, after a long break from running, is helping me transform my running. She is professional; extremely knowledgeable, and motivating. This was one of my “most excellent decisions” to go to Salmon Bay Physical Therapy.

I'm writing this review based on seeing, in my opinion, the best physical therapist in the world, Lindsay Pickering. When I first came under her care, I had to use a cane to walk, I had an atrophied leg, I had nerve pain and numbness, I had intense and debilitating back pain, I had severe pelvic floor dysfunction with loss of continence, and more. I was a wreck, and I was feeling pretty hopeless. Today, I walked out of her office after 6 months under her care without a cane, having regained the strength in my atrophied leg, regained sensation where it was numb, regained continence, greatly reduced back pain, restored balance, with a strengthened core and increased stamina. While I still have a lot of work to do to get back to my former health, I consider this nothing short of a miracle. But I'm sure Lindsay, with her humility and grace, would say "that's just called doing my job." I cannot recommend Lindsay enough, she'll give you hope and follow through on it, and be the best cheerleader for your recovery. She's a warm and caring person, and she kept me going mentally as much as physically. And she's hilarious! For those feeling hopeless, go see her, the only thing you have to lose is a lengthy list of ailments! Oh, and shout to Salmon Bay PT as a whole, everyone there is fantastic and so caring, and you have a great assortment of equipment to keep leveling up!
